
Personal Trainer
Jil Inskeep has been with the Fitness Clinic for the last five years
as a personal trainer. She is an ACSM certified health-fitness instructor
and she has a Masters in Sports Psychology. Jil likes to use a variety
of fitness techniques and philosophies such as relaxation, imagery and
positive self-talk to help clients connect with their bodies in an affirmative
way. She also believes it is necessary to keep clients' exercise
sessions as varied as possible.
When Jil is not training her clients she is an avid reader, loves music
and playing the piano, spinning classes and running.
